The cooperation with the automotive industry forced us to come to terms with high quality requirements as early as the 70's.
The early development of a quality assurance system led to certification to ISO 9001 back in 1990. We expanded this into a quality management system to ISO/TS16949 in 2001.
State-of-the-art measuring technology is used as a matter of course - not only in QA (in special measuring rooms) but also directly at the workstations. Our production is monitored by SPC.
The employee's self-assessment and the resulting high degree responsibility that each worker feels for "his" or "her" product require a high level of skilled labor - something that we attain through consistently applied further training and higher education.
Our own custom machine building shop allows us to integrate special automated tests into the process.
