For over 40 years we have been training our own people in our main factory in Germany.
The company-oriented training concept and leading und reciprocal cooperation with other educational institutions in the region are the basis for our first-class training. Our trainees learn in a very practical way so that they have the opportunity to directly take part in production, working on the machines.
We also put great emphasis on continuous lifelong training and education.
