Sustainable Conduct

We strongly believe that our corporate success is based on several pillars and requires social, ecological and economic conduct. We assume responsibility, both internally and externally.

A mature corporate culture therefore comprises long-term and fair relationships with our business partners along with respectful cooperation between colleagues within the company. As a matter of course we also assume responsibility for health and safety, offer optimum working conditions and promote vocational education and further training. Support for many regional and social projects also forms part of our corporate image as a company firmly rooted in the region.

As a family business we act and think in generations. Our site is close to our heart and we concern ourselves with the conservation of natural resources and the reduction of environmental impacts. We document these in our environmental policy and in the DIN EN ISO 14001 certification of our environmental management system.
