We are convinced that the success of a company essentially depends on the employees, their commitment, their competence, and their good cooperation. Therefore, as a family business, we are present at education fairs in the region, train young people, and offer them a future with prospects in our region. Our partner school, IGS Kastellaun, also organized a training fair for its students this spring, in which we gladly participated. The numerous young visitors were very interested in various training professions, including training at heinrichs drehteile. Our trainees were able to answer numerous questions from interested parties about training at heinrichs drehteile and the profession of machining mechanic.
