Sealing plug HN 10-WD
The sealing plug HN 10-WD from heinrichs drehteile was developed to ensure the highest tightness and reliability in a variety of applications. It is ideal for counterbores according to DIN 3852-2 and EN ISO 9974-1 and allows for repeated loosening and tightening without losing functionality.
A special feature of the HN 10-WD is the profile seal ring according to DIN 3869, which is available in various materials to meet different requirements. For standard applications, NBR 85 Shore is suitable, covering a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C. For more demanding operating conditions, FKM 80 Shore is available, which can withstand temperatures from -20°C to +200°C. For specific requirements, additional temperature ranges can be realized upon request to ensure the optimal solution for each application.
Made of high-quality steel or Nirosta, the material is ultrasonically and crack tested according to DIN EN 10277-3 or delivered in HD quality. Additionally, the plug offers optimal corrosion protection through a Cr-(VI)-free nanopassivation A3K/Zn Nano (ISO 4042) or the coating ZNNI according to VDA 235.104-25. Further coating options are available upon request.
